How often to do a pedicure

Judging from what the experts in this area say, the pedicure should be done once a month. This is due to the fact that the nail plates on the toes and skin are characterized by slower growth compared to the skin and fingernails. So too often you should not do this procedure. If you take care of your legs less frequently, you can run them. It is best to use the services of a professional teacher who will be able to ensure that the heels are smooth, that there are no ugly and painful calluses on the feet, and that the nails do not grow.

Processing frequency also depends on the following factors:

  • From the rate of callus and corns formation, which is associated with the most sensitive and sensitive skin type, it is prone to its rapid appearance;
  • In summer, pedicures should be performed more frequently, about 1 time in 15 days, because open legs experience the harmful effects of moisture, ultraviolet radiation, and dust particles;
  • If there is a predisposition to nail growth in the epidermis, the procedure will be required more often than in the absence of such a problem.

Hardware Technique
